If you are getting this error then there is a maximum chance that either you or your internet service provider(ISP) is banned to use TikTok.
There is no way to use TikTok after its ban in your country. you will always get this “Network error” or “No network connection” on your TikTok app.
There are a few methods in which you can try to fix this issue.
Step 1. First close your Tik Tok app and Turn your mobile airplane mode on for 10 seconds and then turn it off and check whether the issue is fixed or not.
Step 2. If the error does not fix using the Step 1 method then go to your mobile setting and click on the app manager and search the Tik Tok app and open it.
Now all you have to do is to Force stop the app first then go to the Permission option and allow network permission if it is turned off.
Now go to Data usage option and turn on both Mobile and WI-FI data.
Finally click on the Clear cache option. if in your phone clear cache option is not available then you have to click on clear data option but remember clearing the data will remove all your app data so be careful before doing that.
If the above Step 1 and Step 2 not resolved your problem then there might be a issue in your mobile network speed. So alternatively you can go to your nearest Wi-Fi hotspot area and connect your mobile and check your Tik Tok app.
Also, you can check whether your video or your profile is blocked by Tik Tok. In this case, you can contact the Tik Tok customer team to get the resolution.
I hope it will fix your issue.
